Defective Item
We will issue a refund if you have received a defective item(s) with proof of purchase only.

Wrong Product/Order

We will require proof of purchase and a picture of the item(s) that is/are incorrect. You will be required to send back the incorrect product(s) sealed and/or unopened and provide the tracking number. You may incur additional return shipping costs.
